Save the Munbax was a playable theater piece that used the magical world of 1890’s wizarding Boston to talk about the real story of the creation of the Mass Audubon society. This game ran four times for 80 people each show and included a full, interactive storyline with costumed actors (and guests), LARP interactions, magic classes. Guests had to solve puzzles, interact with speaking plants, monsters, nighttime trails and crystal balls, engage with actors and each other to solve the mystery and save the rare Northern Crested Dimmoth Munbax from extinction. The game took place in the Eustis Estate, the 1890’s mansion where early members of the Audubon society would meet.
